Oh my goodness, folk CRM is absolutely incredible! I just started using the Sales Assistant and the AI Email Sequences, and it's totally changed how I manage my outreach. I purchased the annual subscription for folk CRM after using the trial. The price was competitive, especially with the annual billing discount. The Contact Management and Interaction Tracking are really strong, much better than what I had with Notion. Delivery, being a software, was instant access, which is always good. Customer support was okay when I asked about the Zapier Integration; it took a day to get a full answer. My main gripe is that the UI, while generally clean, can sometimes feel a bit clunky when trying to set up complex Smart Views. It's a powerful tool, but there's a small learning curve there. Still, for the features offered, it's a good value.
